    DEAR SIR/MADAM DURING THE UPLOADING OF DSC I AM GETTING A POP WINDOW SAYING THAT PLEASE UPLOAD THE LATEST DSC WHICH REGISTER IN E FILING APPLICATION. BUT DSC HAS GOT VALIDITY UNTILL 2014 THEN WHY IT WAS SHOWN LIKE THAT? KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO BE DONE.

    Dear Sir, My query is I want File Revise Return of Service Tax QTR1 (April-12 to June-12) & QTR2 (July-12 to September-12) of an Private Ltd Co. But when i am trying to file online its showing error that the Revised Return Cannot be Filed because its has Exceeded Period 90 days Above I have also tried to contact at our division of Service Tax But they Replied now nothing is possible and even you cannot file revise return manually...So What Shall I do in this Case..??? Plz Suggest Me..!!!

    sir pls help me my question is below My one party is opened a LC . we made the documents and discounted the same from our bank. after one week due to some prob. in goods, party rejected the documents to his bank. now in this condition my question is the party bank have any right to refuse the payment to our bank or not. pls clarify ! arvind

    Sir - A Trading company in UAE having a HUF firm as partner OR wholly owned and the karta of the HUF firm living in India who has no involvement in the daily affairs. This company is professionally managed by a NRI Indian. Can the HUF firm be classified as NRI? and income derived from this company being sent to India be tax free? In case of DTTA as UAE has NIL Tax - what will be the implication? Please clarify & oblige.
