How can we create a New HUF. Please explain in details. Its urgent.

HUF are not created. They happen by virtue of coming into existence.

HUF is applicable only when a joint family does a joint business,,,,they have assets on a joint name.....
For example...a father and mother doing a business with four sons and all four sons are married...and they are having two kids each....all are living together...and assets are not divided....
