02 July 2008 HUF is applicable only when a joint family does a joint business,,,,they have assets on a joint name.....

For example...a father and mother doing a business with four sons and all four sons are married...and they are having two kids each....all are living together...and assets are not divided....



HUF IS NOT CREATED....it is by nature
