    Dear Mr. Shahzad I read your profile, in which you mentioned that you passed CA Final (Cleared Group I). Now you are using CA with your name if you cleared group which I hope you have, then rectify this or if not then as per ethics you can't use CA with your name. Please no offense.

  • MOHD. MUZAFFAR ALI says : capital gains
    sir. i had owned flat in the year 1994 costing rs. 710000 now i have sold it in the sept 2009 for rs. 1400000 after three month i purchase new flat costing rs. 4950000 what woould be the treatment of capital gains whether it be the short term or long term and how it is computed kinld guid me
