Actually CA Inst. has not directly daclared the nos. of days but it is clarify that Leave shouldn't be more than 1/7th of serving period now if we concider that one has attended the office all days except sundays & National holiday then serving period comes to 924 days & one seventh(1/7th) comes to 132 days This mean that Maximum Leave Permitted are 132 days
