06 March 2009 I want to know the exact no. of days one can take as leave in aticleship under ca final old syllabus. Is it 135 days or 150 days?

06 March 2009 Actually CA Inst. has not directly daclared the nos. of days but it is clarify that Leave shouldn't be more than 1/7th of serving period now if we concider that one has attended the office all days except sundays & National holiday then serving period comes to 924 days & one seventh(1/7th) comes to 132 days
This mean that Maximum Leave Permitted are 132 days
