if i m already filed return of loss for p.y.2007-08 and there is no income in 2008-09 than it is compulsory for me to file the return for 2008-09. if there is any problem?

According to Sec.80 and 139(3), no loss can be carriforward unless Loss of Return is filed within prescribed time as given in 139(1) Therefor you have to file Loss Return for this year also This has one exception, if you have loss from HP or Unabsorbed Dep. then even if you do not file Loss Return then also Carriforward is allowed
