06 March 2009 I want to know the exact no. of days leave which can be taken during the period of articleship in ca final old syllabus. is it 150 days or 135 days?

06 March 2009 Actually CA Inst. has not directly daclared the nos. of days but it is clarify that Leave shouldn't be more than 1/7th of serving period now if we concider that one has attended the office all days except sundays & National holiday then serving period comes to 924 days & one seventh(1/7th) comes to 132 days
This mean that Maximum Leave Permitted are 132 days

28 April 2009 I am currently doing industrial training.I have taken 21 days of excess leave but the the institute does not allow exess leave taken during articleship to be served as industrial trainee. So i am planning to serve this under my previous principal? is it possible and if not what are the options available to me.
