02 January 2017 I am a job worker engaged in making gold jewelry. My Questions are following. 1.Can I Show my Income in PGBP Head ? If yes then tell me, is it beneficiary for me to show my Income in 44AD or Normal Business. 2. Tell me How much gold can i Hold in my hand if I have Income of 250000 per Year.

02 January 2017 1 Yes you can show your income under the head PGBP.
2 As you are a job worker you can't opt for 44AD.
3 You can have gold commensurate with your income.
