My wife worked as email support help desk for a small Information Technology company operating from home (as part of contract employment) and received a sum of Rs.98000/ on which 9800 has been deducted as TDS for FY 2014-2015. Can you let me know which ITR to file to claim refund? request urgent reply.

File ITR 4 treating it as professional income.
