Intimation u/s 143(1)

The return of income for A Y 14-15 was efiled.
At the time of filling Part A - P & L i had entered against item no 38 Other Expenses but i had not specified nature.
Now in the intimation u/s 143(1) they have not allowed this expenditure under Other Expenses and raised demand
What should be done now to rectify ?
