I m in designing and retail of garments and covered under UP VAT , i purchase un designed garments from Delhi against Form C @ 2% . Can i claim Input Tax Credit of tax paid @ 2% against tax payable on my sale @4%

No.Central Sales tax paid can not be claimed as input tax credit.
