last week i got my gst number for my food outlet. before last week i dont have my gst number in tax invoice given by my suppilers. is it possible to add those bill amount to my input credit ?

It is not possible to claim input tax credit on Non GST Compliant Invoices. GST Number must be mentioned along with other necessary compliances to be eligible for GST Input tax credit.

Ye syou have to provide the same to your suppliers & ask them to update ....

It's possible. But, You ll be consider your supplier for update the GSTIN in their bills after GSTIN dates..
In other way you ll add the details before consider your suppliers for accepting state...

You are eligible for input tax credit but make sure that following points are taken care
1) Revised invoice which indicates your GSTN In the purchase invoice
2) The purchased goods on which input is claimed has sold with GST
