One of my client has sold a property for 1.44 crores . The cost of acquisition is ,Rs.20000/- in 1972-73.How to calculate indexation cost ,as index is available from 81-82.Please advise

The calculation is 1,00,000*1024/100
The indexed cost is 10,24,000.
