22 July 2017 Hi ,
Recently my wife and mother received message for E filling . When i reviewed the 26 AS , some amount deducted as a TDS .
1.They already fillied 15G form ,why this amount deducted .
2. Which form they have to file to get back return .
3.They having FDs in SBI , but we could not calculate total interest earn as a income .

22 July 2017 U should ask to bank for tds certificate or interest certificate for calculate interest income.... And than file itr - 2

22 July 2017 Ask SBI to provide Interest Certificate and then File ITR 1 showing interest income as Income From Other Sources.

22 July 2017 Thanks ,i uploaded one from online banking .This shows 1,13,827 interest paid and 85,519 Interest Accurual . So what to mentioned in ITR form 2 .

I generate online Interest Certificate .It shows 1,13,827 Interest Paid and 85,519 Interest Accrual .So ,What i have to shown in ITR 2 for income

22 July 2017 You have to show both interest in ITR.

23 July 2017 Not necessary to ask TDS certificate or 16 A from the bank, you can view / download 26AS on your OWN ( no requisition of CA / Tax practioner / third party representative), by registering at FREE oneself at www.incometaxfilling.com, and see 26 AS , and act accaordingly
