Being an individual who must do incometax return compulsorily? is thr any provision for limit of income above which or from a specific source must compulsorily ITR FILING...?

yes you have to file the return it is compulsory.

It is not compulsory. Only where your income exceeds the minimum exempted limit ie Rs 2.5 lakhs, return filing becomes compulsory.
