1. The will be applicable to all the branches of SBI; not any branch of BOI, for that you need to fill form to each bank/deductor separately.
2. Check if TAN no. entered properly. Or check if the TDS returns were filed earlier. Secondly wait for some time if it be system error. If problem persists longer contact helpline with screenshot.
