27 October 2015 Dear experts,
Company has given 18000/- to the debtors, on made higest sale during the FY 2014-15, plz let me know do we need to deduct TDS on this said transaction or not if yes under which section...

27 October 2015 but sir one of the CA has suggested you can treat it as incentive and paid it after TDS deduction u/s 194H
