Whether Assessee's can claim exemption u/s10 in respect of rent paid for his family's accommodation at different place,he is also paying rent for house at his working place.

No. He can claim HRA Exemption in respect of rent paid for house at his working place.

HR Paid exemption is admissible only for house rent paid at working place.
