Pls help me how to file service Tax return and how to deposited service tax to avoid penalty ..pls tell me in details ...Thanks in Advance..

19 October 2013 For Individuals/ Partnership Firms Service Tax Deposited Quarterly using GAR7

Due Dates:

April-June------5th July

July-September----5th October

October-December------5th January

January-March------31st March.

In case of Companies Service Tax Deposited Monthly using GAR7.

For companies due date is 5th of Succeeding month (6th in case of e-payment). For the month of march due date is 31st March.

MAKE TIMELY PAYMENT TO AVOID PAYAMENT OF INTEREST FOR LATE DEPOSIT.

19 October 2013 DUE DATE OF FILING SERVICE TAX RETURN IS--

FOR 1ST HALF - 25TH OCTOBER
FOR 2ND HALF - 25TH APRIL.

GO TO ACES WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD ST-3 EXCEL UTILITY FROM BELOW LINK--

https://acesdownload.nic.in/

Fill ST-3 and generalte xml after validation and upload at aces website.
