18 January 2015 under head house property: home is in name of wife and loan installment paid from spouse joint bank a/c and only wife's salary deposit in this joint bank a\c , nothing husband depositing and loan statement showing both name 1st name is wife's name ; whether husband is eligible for deduction u\s 24b and 80c and if yes then how much percentage?
