sir,
Experts as we know to find out H.R.A is that
H.R.A
1) Actual Amount Received
2) Rent paid x% of Basic salary
3)40% or 50%(in Metro city)
H.R.A
- rest deducted the lowest one
Now my question arises did a pvt ltd company can give only 10%,5% on basic salary as H.R.A and setteled the H.R.A like These is it possiable do like these, without calculating the above just settled like these
please experts solve my query

Calculation as stated in section 10(13A) is for Income Tax purpose and the employer is free to give any amount of HRA as per their policy.

Point 2 rent paid in excess of 10 % of salary not on% on Basic salary.
Employer got discretion to fix HRA, normally they fix 40% of Basic.
