Whether there is any penalty for late filing of form 23B with ROC?

for the year 2007-08 Form 23b is still pending, so can I file it now?, whether there are any further compliance require or not?

please solve the above query as early as possible

I will suggest you to firstly check the Form-23AC for the FY ending 2008-09 what a SRN number is mentioned in Auditor details column.

If you have mentioned Z99999999 then no need to file Form-23b.

In other case, you can also avoid to file Form-23B.

10 December 2012 Please check what you have mentioned in Form-23AC of the FY 2008-09 filed with ROC. In auditor column.
