Filing online return in original for which offline return filed

I want to know whether it is possible to file online original return for the A.Y. for which original return is already filed offline.
Actually offline return was filed in Delhi ward but Jurisdiction according to PAN is Mumbai. So return is not yet processed & refund awaited.
Or I should try & wait for transfer of Jurisdiction?
Please help

Your return filed in wrong jurisdiction is not a valid one. Send a letter requesting withdrawal of return filed in wrong jurisdiction.
