Filing of itr mandatory for trust

My trust has not filed income tax return for AY 2013-14. Its Gross Income without claiming exemption U/s 11 or 12 is Rs. 149000 which is well below the Minimum Taxable Income. Are we required to file ITR? Also Should we ask our CA to file Form 10B for that year?

No, as the gross income(before claiming exemption u/s 11 or 12) is below taxable limit no need to file return and form 10B.
