EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE DIRECTORS OF TEH COMPANY?

FURTHER WHAT ARE THE EXPENSES WHICH CAN BE SHOWN AS PREINCORPORATION EXPENSES

But employer's status will be association of persons. (Before incorporation)
