19 June 2015 ROC Status Shows: Pls furnish ownership proof of title owner of registered office address such as registered ownership deed, property tax receipt etc. Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 24/06/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956).
Please tell me how can I extend the date given above? As it is impossible me to collect the above document from the owner of the property within the time given above as he is out of station.

1) what is the procedure to get back the same name that had reserved for us?
2) is there any chance to get back the fees we have paid and what is the procedure?

Retaining Name Reservation:

If you are concerned about losing the name reservation due to non-compliance with the deadline, explain your situation to the ROC clearly. Often, if you can demonstrate genuine efforts and reasons for the delay, ROC may consider retaining the name reservation until you can submit the required documents.
Refund of Fees:

Regarding the fees you have paid, ROC regulations typically do not provide for refunds in such cases. Fees paid for name reservation and filing forms are usually non-refundable.
However, if your application is rejected solely due to failure to submit Form 67 (Addendum) within the deadline, and you are unable to rectify the situation, you may have to reapply for name reservation in the future and pay the applicable fees again.
