22 December 2014 A commercial building equally owned by 3 brothers, let for rent for Rs.460000/-.If ST registration taken, in whose name it will be taken and how much should be paid as ST.

If their rent 153333.individually
Add ST@12.36% 18952.
Total 172285.
How much exemption they will get under small scale service provider.

22 December 2014 All the three brothers should take ST registration separately. Take rent cheques equally. Charge ST on their own share of rent. They all can claim small scale service provider exemption of 10 lakh individually.
