what is the rate of ddt for aast. yr 2012-13 & 2013-14

16.2225% however, for DDT for dividends declared in FY 2013-14 even if out of profits from FY 2012-13 shall be 16.995%.
this change is on account of increase in surcharge from 5% to 10%.
