I heard that students persuing Degree along with PCC must apply for Form 119. Is it true?

Form 119 is connected with 'certificate of service'.In your case the required form is 112. For full details please read in the following link.

agree, if article is engaged in any other course, he must take permission from ICAI in form 1412
