26 October 2014 Service tax abatement notification no for construction of residential complex service claiming 75% as abatement. Still now I am using notification no.26/2012 sl no.12, for claiming the above said abatement. But while filing the service tax, it has been said that it is incorrect. please suggest me.

27 October 2014 In case of construction of residentail complex you should use the notification no.26/2012 serial no.12(a).

Notification no.9/2013 amended the notification no.26/2012 and inserted serial no.12(a) and 12(b) instead of serial no.12.
