Assessee paid 6 installments starting from 08/11/2006 till 15/10/2014 and balance payment of Rs. 1000/- made on 05/05/2015 alongwith transfer fees and service tax of Rs. 170797/- and Rs. 21111/- on 05/05/2015 toward purchase of one flat alongwith garage.
Total of Six installment Rs. 6114249/-
Balance payment Rs. 1000/-
Transfer fees Rs. 170797/-
Service Tax Rs. 21111/-
Against the above the assessee received payment in various installments starting from 04/03/2015 till 04/04/2015.
Can the assesse claim LTCG ?

As the first installment might have been paid against any allotment/agreement taking that date as date of purchase it can be considered as LTCG.
