14 December 2013 sir/madam,
I took termination on 22/07/2013( with in one year) but i re-register articleship on 22-11-2013 by taking a gap of 4 months so in which year i should give my attempt.

Originslly registered on 22-08-2012- 22-07-2013.

14 December 2013 You can give nov 15 attempt as your provisional attempt.
As per the norms of ICAI you must be serving last 6months of articleship to be eligible for CA final attempt.Orginally your articleship was to complete on 22.8.2015 but due to extension it will be completed on 22.12.2015.Accordingly you are eligible for Nov15 attempt.
