If Vendor not mentioned in his Invoice "Against C Form" is it possible the Sales Tax dept. gives us a C form against his invoice?

Normally spirit prevails over form. When the rate of tax itslef indicates that it is under C form the same can be presumed.

If it is OMS purchase then u can demand C form from Department irrespective of whether it is mentioned in Bill or not
