i have cleared my CPT in may 2007 and got registered and am pursuing my articleship

My PCC eligibility is MAY 2009. and am deciding to quit the current firm once i clear my PCC and join another reputed firm.

is it possible to do so.. will the existing firm give me a certificate that i have done articleship here for about 20 months.. and so the remaining 22 months can be done in a new firm.
my place in the firm which am going to join is confirmed like 100%... what procedure to follow

Please tell whether Application of FBT on ESOPs has been done or not and how the valuation shall be done.Please provide Material (notification etc.) if possible..

But institue have not yet send me or my employer any registration letter.

i am a pcc student. i am doing my b. com simultaeously (8.15-1.15). i am want to go for coaching classes for pcc. i have applied for LAW, ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION at Prime Academy. i am waiting to get it confirmed. i feel it would be better if i could do one more course like AUDITING or COSTING simultaeously with Law. could you let me know the details of institutions which conduct these courses in the evenings. c3 has cancelled its evening batch for auditing and Shri guru kripa has made it obligatory that those who join COSTING should also join either taxation or IT.
