24 November 2007 Sir, May I know the areas of specialisations that are available for the qualified chartered Accountants.ie.., Post qualification courses that may enrich the career of a CA?

24 November 2007 1.ICAI CONDUCTS FOLLOWING COURSES FOR MEMBERS
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANCY COURSE
CORPORATE MANAGEMENT COURSE
TAX MANAGEMENT COURSE
INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT
INFORMATION SYSTEM AUDIT.
2.IF YOU DECIDE OTHERWISE THERE ARE SAP,ORACLE AND OTHER ERP COURSES BY DOING WHICH WITH RECOGNISED AND ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS LIKE SIEMENS,ORACLE ETC.. YOU GET EVEN DESCENT PLACEMENTS.
3. EVEN OTHERWISE IF YOU DECIDE TO BE A COMPANY SECRETARY OR COST ACCOUNTANT OR MBA ALSO , THEY ARE ALL OPEN FOR YOU.
DECIDE FIRST , WHAT IS YOUR GOAL WHERE YOU WANT TO BE IN NEXT 5 YEARS AND THEN GO FOR THAT PARTICULAR COURSE AS YOU DECIDE.
