What is the main address proof, where a proposed Director is the owner of the registered office, so that ROC accept the address proof properly and no quaries arised again.

When we sell Fixed asset on profit we pass the following journal entry:

1.Bank A/C Dr.
To Fixed Asset A/C(cost)
To P&L A/C(profit)

But when we sell investments (in the form of shares or debentures) we pass the following entries:

1.Bank A/C Dr.
To Investment A/C(Selling Price)

2.Investment A/c Dr.
To P&L A/C(profit)

Why The difference??????

Hi,

I am a salaried individual. Due to some reasons and ignorance I have not filed the ITR for AY 2009-2010 and AY 2010-2011. For subsequent AY 2011-2012 and AY 2012-2013 the returns have been submitted electronically and the same has been accepted. However I am not able to file the returns for AY 2009-2010 and AY 2010-2011.

As per the IT calculations for AY 2009-2010 I have a tax refund of Rs 55182/- and for AY 2010-2011 have a tax refund of Rs 2588/-

Request if one can guide and help with submission of my ITR's for the AY 2009-2010 and AY 2010-2011. Would like to know the IT provisions in the above mentioned scenario.
