THE EXEMPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR GOODS CARRIAGE VEHICLES SPECIFIED IN MOTORS VEHICLE ACT,1988. SHIP NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE DEFINITION OF GOODS CARRIAGE.
