I have not file Roc returns for the financial year 2013-14. the company has authorised capilat of RS- 100000(one lakh ) in 2013-14. and Rs - 20000000 ( Rs two Crores ) as on 01/04/2017.

When i open migrating software from 7.2 to erp 9,

The 7.2 window opens but there is an error message, describing failed to open tally 9.

The migrate data from the menus are not highlighted.
I cannot process further.

Does any one have solution?
