07 February 2017 SSP exemption is claimed then cenvat credit is not allowed. true or false? why? small scale industry can take cenvat credit on capital goods entirely in first year? true or false? why? i am IPCC student.

07 February 2017 1 True. Cenvat credit can be claimed and adjusted in the payment of out put tax. No out put tax payment no cenvat credit.
2 False. No cenvat credit no out put tax payment.
