How to show amount received from customer more than invoice

07 February 2017 What if a customer pays more than Invoice, how can that amount be shown in account , Apart from freight charges and other charges. so I need to charge vat on freight nd other charges too.

07 February 2017 VAT is applicable on trading and not on services. So u must have to charge ST (if not charged) on that invoice. U must consult ur Debtor regarding that excess payment, is it any kind of advance or what.
