we have been filed monthly return under mvat act but at the the time of finalization we found that monthly summary of sales & purchase is wrong, plz tell me that should i filed monthly revised return or one consolidated revised return

The Companies Act, 1956 amended effective December 2000 stipulated that existing private companies are restricted from acceptance of deposits from the public.However,Rule 2 clause (b), sub-clause (ix) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975 permits:
" any amount received from a person who, at the time of the receipt of the amount, was a director of the company or any amount received from a relative of a director or its member by a private company "
The question is whether Private Companies formed prior to this amendment,are required to amend the Articles with regard to the restriction to invite deposits from the public ?

Can a person who's been filing her ITR in Mumbai while doing an IT job there, file her return at her native place in case she's out of India at the time of filing of return.
It is imp as she's to get her refund processed for the last Pv Yr. While in earlier years, there's no refund due to her.
Please advise as to filing of Return at native place is feasible?

I am article of the proprietor firm and my principal is out of country from last 2 years and there is no senior of my firm who can guide me or get knowledge from any person of my firm. The firm is handling by my principal's brother who has his own business in the same office.

i filed form 1, 18 & 32 for incorpartion of Pvt co. I Recevied a mail in which Roc has mentioned two defects in MoA & AOA.My qus. is Whether stamp duty is requried to pay again with Amended MoA & AoA.In Mail, there is no point regarding Stamp duty paid again or not??? pls help

company has adjust this amount against director remuneration/salary of the said share holder.
