02 July 2010 i filed form 1, 18 & 32 for incorpartion of Pvt co. I Recevied a mail in which Roc has mentioned two defects in MoA & AOA.My qus. is Whether stamp duty is requried to pay again with Amended MoA & AoA.In Mail, there is no point regarding Stamp duty paid again or not??? pls help

02 July 2010 No need to pay the stamp duty again. Simply mention the SRN number of form 1 in form 67. Trust you have the copy of paid challan.

You may also visit the ROC office once.

03 July 2010 Thanks sir 4 reply.
Form 1, 18 & 32 have been signed by applicant(digitally). In form 67, who will be fix his signature in column no 1, 2 &3 on page 3. Form 67 is certificate by CA(Attorynee)..
