what's applicability of service tax in cloth printing job work

I want to form HUF in my name (along with my wife). Following are my queries:

1. Can my mother who in individual tax payer. Can she (my mother) give gift to my HUF.

2. What is the maximum amount she can gift (without any tax either to my mother or to my HUF).

3. If my HUF earns interest (from FD or any other source) from that amount will it attract clubbing of income with my mother.

sr, i want to go for the new training structr of icsi after foundatn.. i am also pursuing ca ipcc nov 14 attempt.. so, plz tell me what will hapen if i will clear my ipcc in nov? i cant do both trainings simultaneously... plz help me what should i do at this time... plzz should i opt for cs new training structr or not??

i am giving my material of cloth thread button etc etc to a tailor to make tshirts jeans etc...no excise payable on it since it is export so it is exempt..will i be liable to pay service tax? or my tailor? or none of us?
