Refund of tds on fd

Is dere any provision if we provide PAN card after deduction of tax on FD ,bank refund the same..m providing following info....pls tel me how and when refund will be granted...
maturity of FD 28-05-2014
PAN card given to bank on 28-06-2014
whether bank can give refund by reversing...or only way of getting refund of tds is by filling return..

you can get refund by filling income tax return.

you can get after filing his income tax return.
30 June 2014
by giving pan card u will not get refund for that file return on or before due date.
