How we can get input tax credit on service tax paid during our management and consulting services.
Is it required that all the bills of our business expenses should have bifurcation of service tax (12+2+1%) to get input tax credit..???

Any input services used in the proving of output service you can take the cenvat credit. At the time of duty payment you can utilise the same.

But if we have invoice without bifurcation of St+Cess+EC can we claim for the same and how should apply for the claim..???

Yes, you can claim the all inputs after bifurcation.

i have telephone bill of Airtel where we paid st included in bill amount and the bill is showing only 12.36% amount without bifurcation of this 12.36% St...Can we claim for whole 12.36% paid by us as input tax credit....????
And if we claimed already like this is there any penalty in service tax act....???
