30 June 2014 Hello,
can i transfer my articleship training within 1 year even my principal not allow me to transfer articleship.

and if yes..
so what procedure i have to follow.?

30 June 2014 U can take transfer only with consent of ur Principal.

30 June 2014 prior approval from icai rquired which is obtain only after signing of your principal

30 June 2014 So sir it means article don't have any power regarding transfer within one year, if Ca(principal) not allow him?

is termination also require principal permission.?
