I wanna to know about scrutiny notice. Can local office issue scrutiny notice.or only through computer assisted scrutiny selection . my friend received scrutiny notice from local office not directly from cpc.

Can a persona having income from Telecommunication bus. (selling the mobile top-ups and recharge etc.) file his return of Income in ITR-4S for the A.Y. 2013-14 and A.Y. 2014-15. Also he has received form 16A under the head 194H.

If yes, then what would be the nature of bus. and it's code in the ITR-4S.

Also in case of Sec 44AD, what are the general deductions that are allowed under the head 80C.

My tax refund have been approved and sent it to refund banker. My bank Central Bank account number is 17 digit. But State Bank of India unable to pay the amount to my account and I have seen refund status "RT40 Feed Unpaid"

Can you suggest me what can I do for that.

I have purchased an industrial land in rajasthan for Rs 10 lakh from Rajasthan Development Authority. As per terms of payment, i have opted to pay in EMI and i have paid Rs 2 Lakh as interest. The total amount paid is Rs 12 lakh.

Now i have sold the plot at Rs 13 lakh.

Question is:
1. What is the capital gain?
2. What will the treatment of interest paid to rajasthan authority?
