i want to know that recently there was a notice that builders are exempt from service tax, is it true, if yes can anyone provide me the reference for the notice.

Is tax audit u/s 44AB of IT Act applied in case of investment company which is invloved in making investments in shares and securities for the purpose of dividend erning. If dividend income forms major part of its income from operation which exceed Rs.40L.

BSE Compliances for Brokers?

The NSE website has a compliance questionnaire for the Brokers registered with NSE. However, the BSE site doesnt have any such list. What are the compliances to be done by a broker on BSE? How can i find out the complete list of compliances?
