At the Time of Survey the assessee has disclosed the stock of Rs 20,0000/-as income from other sources during the financial year 2008-2009 (current year) and paid advance tax accordingly before a month,but now the assessee wants to retract from his statement recorded at the time of survey on the ground that the above stock found at the time of survey were account for and under misconception of facts disclosed this amount. As at the time of survey no books of account have been found.
Is it possible to retract the statement recorded at the time of survey.

I AM A CA PCC STUDENT AND I AM THINKING TO DO CWA , WHAT ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES I WILL GET WITH CA

When My elder brother was doing B. Com., he registered himself with BOS w.e.f. Jan 25 2006 after passing PE I exam. He had appeared for PE II thrice and cleared one of the two group. After completing Sunday tests, he was issued eligibility certificate dt. 10/01/07 valid upto May 2008. Then a circular came regarding extension of PE II till May 2009. He submitted his examination form for Nov. 2008 exam. and thereafter his admit card (provisional) came in which he saw his registration no. and roll no. missing and also directing to submit valid eligibility certificate by November 30, 2008 otherwise he can sit for exam. but his result will be withheld.

Now why result will not come if he sits for the examination?

How he can sit for his exam when he is not given his roll no.(although his exam center is given) ?

Why his eligibility conditions are not valid as till date he attempted thrice only?

It appears that the institute has extended last exam for PE II till May, 2009 but it is for whom and how to avail the same.

So this are the questions which are not cleared and various attempts to get the queries cleared failed due to improper response.

Kindly help so that if he could appear in his exam or decide his future strategy.

Can the global financial crisis be arrested by pumping tons of money into the economy as be done by US and European Govt.? If so , will it not result in inflation.??

Similarly RBI in India is trying to intoduce more liquidity reducing CRR, Repo rate and so on. how far these would affect the economy?

The new company law forms form 23 AC and 23 ACA requires company to give related party transactions as per AS 18 with respect to capital related transactions and revenue related transactions.

Pl let me know whether AS 18 is compulsory to all the companies? Some companies are giving details in notes to accounts.
