Principal transferred goods to agent for Rs 10lakhs. Agent issued F form for Rs 10 lakhs. Subsequently principal reduced the price of goods covered by the above mentioned F form and communicated to the agent through a letter. Can agent issue another F form for the price difference. If not can you suggest me a method to solve this issue.
NB:- The agent is to sell the goods at a price intimated by the principal from time to time.
