I have an very old PAN Card. I would like to start filing of Income Tax Return now. Can I use the same card, or should I apply for the new card.

claiming brought forward loss

hai..

I have a business loss for the A.Y 2002-03 filed in time. Where as for the A.Y. 2005-06 it was filed on 30th aug 2006. And i have claimed the loss during the A.Y. 2006-07. Is it necessary that subsequent years returns also has to be filed in time to cliam the unabsorbed loss? Kindly guide me with any case laws.

brokerage and other charges paid on buy and sell of securities are part of cost and allowed to be reduced on sale of securitie to calculate capital gains?????

even STT paid allowed as deduction as deduction on sale of securities ????

TDS on FD, form 15G

I have taken FD on my wife's name, she is housewife and not earning. Should she submit form 15G to the bank to avoid TDS.

What is the criteria for filling of form 15G. Would she be getting queries about FD money from IT deptt

NIL TDS RETURN

Is it Mandatory to submit NIL TDS return of form no 26 and for salary if there is no deduction

Is tehre any law regarding this

When we are not submitting NIL return a letter is coming from NSDL

Can TAN number be surrendered
